Wade Nichols serves as Portfolio Manager for Engel Realty, where he oversees the operational performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio while supporting onsite teams in delivering exceptional service and results. With more than 20 years of experience in property management and real estate operations, Wade brings extensive expertise in asset performance, team development, acquisitions, lease-ups, and operational excellence.
Wade joined Engel Realty in March 2020 as a Property Manager and has continued to grow within the organization through leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed conventional communities, new lease-up developments, and large-scale renovation projects, while leading property acquisitions and transitions and consistently improving occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. His collaborative leadership style, strong operational knowledge, and passion for mentoring teams have made him a trusted resource throughout his career.
A licensed Alabama Real Estate Broker, Wade is passionate about building strong communities, developing high-performing teams, and creating value for property owners and residents alike. He is dedicated to fostering operational excellence while helping Engel Realty continue its tradition of providing exceptional property management services.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys spending quality time with his children, traveling, and taking time to relax and recharge as he prepares for the opportunities and challenges each new day brings.
