Madeline is a Commercial Property Manger for Engel Realty Company, LLC and manages a commercial portfolio that consists of nearly 500K sf of retail, office, medical and warehouse space by successfully adhering to budget guidelines while effectively balancing tenant relations. She is a native of Mobile, AL where she attended Bishop State Community College and was honored with an Academic Achievement Award for helping form and serve as Vice President of the BSCC Science and Math Club. She then transferred her studies to The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Madeline brought more than 5 years of real estate experience as a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate along with previous residential property management experience when she joined Engel Realty Company, LLC in 2022. She currently holds an active real estate license in Alabama and Florida.
Madeline enjoys traveling with her husband, Tim, spending time with their grandchildren, and serving the community.
