Engel’s $16.7 Million Deals Include Sites in Homewood, Liberty Park, Avondale, Pelham, Five Points South, Centre and Muscle Shoals
Engel Realty Co. completed 84 commercial real estate deals in the first quarter of the year, valued at nearly $16.7 million.
Among the deals from the quarter were:
- Engel’s Bob Nesbitt represented the seller of a 24,250-square-foot retail shopping center at 1925 West Main St. in Centre. Nesbitt also represented the buyer of a 20,000-square-foot office building at 2160 Highland Ave. in Birmingham’s Five Points South. Storm Properties sold this 4,500-square-foot industrial building at 2410 Valleydale Rd. to Metrology Sales Inc.
- Engel’s Michael Johnson represented Covenant Sales Inc. in its purchase of two industrial buildings – 2,100 square feet and 3,500 square feet on 254 and 258 Yeager Parkway in Pelham. Johnson also represented Storm Properties in its sale of the 4,500-square-foot industrial building at 2410 Valleydale Rd. to Metrology Sales Inc.
- Nesbitt also represented the seller of the 17-unit apartment property at 1171 16th Ave. South on Birmingham’s Southside to a new owner.
- Engel’s Dan Anderson and Johnson represented the Village in Trussville shopping center in its 9,000-square-foot lease renewal with Tuesday Morning Inc.
