Matt Butler

A graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB), Matt joined company in June 1997. He started working with maintenance team and progressed his way up through leasing, management, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. He took on his current roll Matt is also responsible to the due diligence processes and coordination whenever new properties are purchased or current properties are sold.
Married since 2003 and father to a son and daughter. Matt enjoys being an avid cyclist, traveling, cars, motorsports and college football.
